Registration Fees

Registration fees are expressed in euros. Early bird rates apply if payment is made by 6th June 2025

To register, first you need to create an account and accept the terms of use on the registration site. Once logged in, you can register by selecting 'My Congress'. There, please select the type of registration, enter the billing information, and complete the payment

Registration fees include:

onference documentation, coffee breaks, lunch, reception and conference dinner.

Speakers are required to finalize their registration before 6th June 2025 in order to get the presentation included in the Conference Programme.

Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.

Refund Policy: Non-author registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 120 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before July 20, 2025. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).

Please note that no refunds will be issued to author registrants.
